Dawn and Dan Leone are a brother and sister Real Estate Team who were born and raised in the Tuscarawas Valley. We both graduated from New Philadelphia High School and went forward to college to pursue our Real Estate careers. We have been helping people achieve their goals whether it be selling or buying Real Estate since 1998. Our parents are Frank Leone who many people know from his many years employed at New Phila Buehler’s and the late, beautiful Ruth Leone whose smile was known to brighten your day the second you saw her at the New Phila Drug Mart. Our parents are the foundation of our success in the Real Estate business because from an early age they taught us the importance of Respect, Honesty, Gratitude, Humor and Loyalty. It is because of these values we are such good Realtors and are able to best serve our clients’ needs. We both live on the outskirts of the New Phila area and enjoy spending time with our families.
