I have been a realtor since 1984 and became a licensed broker in 1987. I was a partner in a local firm before forming my own company- McInturf Realty.

Serving people and helping them make a complicated process smooth and enjoyable is something that I love. There is nothing better than assisting those pursuing the American Dream: homeownership.

A strong work ethic and self-motivation have been critical to my career. Since 1986, I have consistently received recognition from the Ohio Association of Realtors for sales volume. I first earned the Pinnacle of Performance Award for sales volume of $7.5 million in 2000 and earned it each year since. In 2019 I was recognized as number 2 for sales transactions in the State of Ohio.

I am a member of the New Philadelphia Lions, the City of New Philadelphia Planning Commission, and Faith Christian Church. I am President of the Tuscora Park Board and serve on the Quaker Foundation Board, where I sponsor an annual scholarship. I also sponsor Big Brothers Big Sisters, the United Way, and the Rainbow Connection.

My wife, Roni, and I have four children and two grandchildren. As a life-long resident of New Philadelphia, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. We have a great community with a small-town atmosphere, and everyone cares about each other. I see it in the schools and the business community. When there is a need, we support each other. It truly is a great place to live and raise a family.
